All products listed on AresDrop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone. Product descriptions and prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is not a guarantee of acceptance of your order, but verification that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and AresDrop occurs when your order is shipped.

5. Price and Payment

All prices are listed on the website and are presented in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept payments through the secure payment methods displayed on our website.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services beyond our control.

7. Return & Refunds

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Products that arrive damaged, defective or do not work may be returned for inspection. For approved defects reported within the first 24 hours after delivery, AresDrop covers the reasonable return shipping cost. From after the first 24 hours up to 15 calendar days, the customer is responsible for sending the product for warranty inspection. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, delivery and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; cash-on-delivery payments are refunded by bank transfer or another agreed method. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
