At AresDrop, we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in proper working condition. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incompatibility, or personal preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning, you must notify us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Cases

A return request will only be considered if:

  • The product was received damaged or not working

  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase from the AresDrop online store is provided

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • The item must be returned with all original components and accessories

  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging will not be accepted

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team:

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit, at our discretion

  • Cash refunds are not offered

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products reported after the 3-day inspection period

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors

  • Items returned without valid proof of purchase

Warranty

AresDrop does not provide extended warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page. Support is limited to the initial inspection period described above.
