AresDrop offers fast and reliable delivery options tailored for your convenience.
If you're located in Dubai, Ajman, or Sharjah, you can enjoy same-day delivery through our express AresDrop delivery team or our trusted partner Aramex. For other Emirates across the UAE, delivery is handled by Aramex and usually takes around 1 to 3 working days depending on your location. You can also choose to pick up your order from our shop if that suits you better.

We ship to all Emirates within the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

*Delivery Methods & Timeframes:

- Standard Delivery:** 1–3 working days via trusted partners such as Aramex.
- Express Same-Day Delivery:** Available in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman when ordered before 2:00 PM.
- Store Pickup: Available by appointment at our Dubai office.

What do we mean by small?
At AresDrop, most of our products fall into the digital and gaming category — such as headsets, keyboards, gaming mice, controllers, consoles, and accessories.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Return Policy
At AresDrop, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or warranty on products. However, if your item arrives damaged or not working, you have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to report the issue. In such cases, you may return the item at your own shipping cost to AresDrop for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason, and no warranty or ongoing support is provided beyond this initial return window.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the AresDrop online store;

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Returns & Exchanges Policy – AresDrop

We currently accept returns for defective or damaged products only.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong item ordered by customer
  • Opened software or sealed items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective products, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is not available, store credit may be offered.
